It's both cold & pretty thick so the yogurt floats for a few minutes before serving. It will sink after a while. Creme fraiche has a higher fat content which I thought would make it easier for it to sit on top. Is it all cold?

We decided as a family to try COA since a dear friend of mine gave us a gift certificate for Christmas from there. However, we just returned from there and I do have to say I, too, am a bit disappointed. Their food is a bit to be desired and not too tasty. Aw sorry you were disappointed. When I lived in Paris I went there often and found the quality varied quite a lot. I was there at Christmas and had a great experience that time. You'll just need to go back! ;-)

The difficulty of finding the ingredients I need to make something I have a craving for has been an on going thing all my adult life.
In fact, I think that this is what has made me a better cook as I've always had to improvise and deviate from the original recipe.
